1. Provider identification
This notice identifies the provider of the information-society service File Transfer - Tool - by Alexandru Jungean under Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC and Article 4 of Romanian Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce, and names the Digital Services Act points of contact.

A geographic address for formal service will be provided without delay to competent authorities and to any person who requests it for a legitimate legal purpose, at the contact mailbox above.
There is no trade-register number, CUI, or VAT identification published here because the provider is not offering the service as a registered company on this page. If that status changes, this notice will be updated.
2. Nature of the service
The service is an operator-gated file-transfer tool. Only the operator can create a transfer. Recipients use capability links. There are no user accounts and no payments. The provider also stores files the operator uploads, so the service acts as a hosting intermediary for those objects until expiry, delete, or revoke.
3. Supervisory and other authorities
- Data protection (if the controller is established in Romania): ANSPDCP — dataprotection.ro.
- Digital Services Act: the European Commission and the Digital Services Coordinator of the Member State of establishment. Romania’s coordinator is designated under national DSA implementing measures.
- Consumer protection and e-commerce enforcement: ANPC and the Ministry of Economy, as applicable.

5. Hosting and data location
The public site is served from Netlify. Application data lives in Supabase Postgres in eu-west-1 (Ireland). File bytes live in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket with EU jurisdiction. See the Privacy Policy for processors and international transfers.
