Acceptable use
Version 1.0. Effective 20 August 2026.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms. It states what you may not do with the service and how to report a transfer. Transfers expire within 7 days. There is no unlimited retention.
2. Prohibited content
Do not create, upload, share, or ask others to download material that:
- is child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving a person under 18, or that you know or should know depicts a minor;
- is terrorist content or content that incites violent crime;
- is malware, ransomware, or an exploit kit intended to harm another system;
- infringes copyright, neighbouring rights, trade marks, or trade secrets;
- is a non-consensual intimate image or other serious privacy violation;
- is fraudulent, a phishing kit, or credentials you are not allowed to share;
- is otherwise unlawful in the European Union or in Romania.
There is no malware-scanning promise. The absence of a file-type denylist is not permission to distribute harmful or unlawful payloads.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Using the service if you are not the operator, except as a recipient of a link.
- Sharing the operator secret or the operator session.
- Attempting to enumerate public IDs, forge proofs, or replay expired capabilities.
- Bypassing rate limits or launching a denial-of-service attack.
- Pasting proofs into the abuse form or asking the operator to do so.
- Using the service to stash stolen data or to run a public file-host for strangers.
4. How we handle reports
Reviewed removal revokes authorization and enqueues cleanup. The reporter receives a generic acknowledgement. We do not confirm that a given ID existed, expose filenames, or return proofs. The same path is used for operator revoke. Details of a complete notice under the Digital Services Act are on the copyright and illegal-content page.
Operator mailbox: alex.jungean@gmail.com. That address is the controller’s contact, not a ticket queue: there is no guaranteed response time, and a person reviews each report. Do not paste proofs in email.
5. Report a transfer now
Send only the public path or public ID. Use the form below.
