Copyright and illegal content

Version 1.0. Effective 20 August 2026.

1. Role of this service

Alexandru Jungean hosts files that the operator uploads, for a maximum of seven days, then removes them. For those objects the service is a hosting intermediary under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). This page is the notice-and-action mechanism required by Article 16. It is not a registration as a United States DMCA designated agent.

There is no malware-scanning promise. We do not monitor transfers proactively. We act on notices and on the operator’s own revoke.

2. How to submit a notice

Use the form on acceptable use with the public path or public ID only, and send a complete notice to alex.jungean@gmail.com. Do not paste proofs, full capability URLs, or #proof= values.

A complete notice should include:

  1. the name and electronic contact of the notifier;
  2. an explanation of why the information is alleged to be illegal content, including the legal basis (copyright, child sexual abuse material, and so on);
  3. the public path or 32-character public ID of the transfer;
  4. if you are a rightsholder, a description of the work and of your rights;
  5. a statement that the notice is accurate and submitted in good faith;
  6. the date of the notice.

If you are an authority, say so and cite the legal basis of the order. We will not ask you for a download proof.

3. What we do

  1. We acknowledge receipt with a generic confirmation (the form always returns a generic success).
  2. A human reviews the report. We look up the public ID only.
  3. If we decide the content should come down, we revoke authorization and enqueue the same cleanup path as a creator delete. Access stops immediately. Physical removal follows the 24-hour SLA.
  4. We do not send the reporter filenames, object keys, proofs, or a confirmation that the ID existed. That limitation is deliberate and is a privacy control, not a refusal to act.

We aim to review without undue delay. There is no automated stay-down filter. A later transfer with a new public ID is a new object and needs a new notice if it is unlawful.

4. Copyright-specific notes

If you own or represent a copyright or neighbouring right, identify the work, the URL path or public ID, and why the use is not permitted (for example it is not licensed and is not quotation or another exception). Counter-notices from the operator should use the same mailbox, without proofs, and should state why the file is lawful to host. We may restore access only if the transfer has not already expired and if the law requires or permits restoration. In practice most transfers will have expired before a dispute finishes.

Knowingly submitting a false notice may create civil or criminal liability under applicable law, including DSA Article 23 on misuse of notice procedures.

5. Other illegal content

The same channel is used for child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, and other illegal information. If there is an imminent threat to a person, contact the police first, then notify us with the public ID.

6. Contact
